B2B Leo conducts all telemarketing activity in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule and applicable state regulations.
Internal Do-Not-Call list
We maintain an internal Do-Not-Call (DNC) list. Any number requesting no further contact is added promptly and honored across all campaigns.
National and state registries
Calling lists are scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state DNC lists at the required intervals before any campaign launches.
Calling practices
Calls are placed within permitted hours, present accurate caller identification, and clearly identify B2B Leo or the client on whose behalf the call is made.
Opt-out handling
Opt-out requests are processed within a reasonable time and retained indefinitely. Requests can be made verbally during a call or in writing.
Training and oversight
Agents are trained on DNC obligations and monitored for compliance. Violations are escalated and remediated under our internal compliance program.
