Overview
B2B Leo provides verified business contact data and demand-generation services to B2B revenue teams. This policy explains what data we process, how we source it, how we protect it, and how individuals can exercise their rights.
Data we process
We process business-context personal data — name, business email, business phone, job title, employer, and professional profile links. We do not sell consumer data, and we do not process special categories of data under GDPR Article 9.
How we source data
Records are compiled from publicly available business sources, professional directories, permissioned partner feeds and direct opt-ins. Every record is re-verified at the point of delivery.
Legal bases
For EEA / UK data subjects, we rely on legitimate interest for business-to-business marketing, with balancing tests on file. For US data, we comply with CAN-SPAM and state-specific rules including CCPA / CPRA. We honor consent and suppression requests globally.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or suppression of your business record at any time. Email privacy@b2bleo.com and we will respond within one business day.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to authorized personnel under least-privilege, with SOC 2-aligned controls and regular third-party audits.
Retention
Operational records are retained while active and for six months after engagement ends. Suppression lists are retained indefinitely to honor opt-out requests.
